Payment Options
Orders can be placed via telephone or the Barjo website and must be paid in full before dispatch or collection. Most major credit, debit cards, payPal and bank payments (ask for details) accepted. All items ordered require payment in full before dispatch/collection.
Delivery Options
In-stock items ordered before midday will be dispatched the same day. Delivery normally takes 1-3 working days and we will make every effort to ensure these times are met.

Bespoke Items - Your order will be confirmed on receipt and you will be advised an estimated delivery time. Once ready you will be contacted to arrange a delivery day.

Barjo only delivery Monday- Friday via courier service. (No deliveries on weekends or Bank Holidays) deliveries can be anytime between 8am and 6pm. Delivery times and prices may vary.
Collections/Fittings
If you would like to collect or have your item fitted, you will be contacted by a member of the team to arrange an appointment when your Barjo is ready.
Returns
Stock items purchased and unused which are found to be unsuitable can either be exchanged or returned for a refund if Barjo is notified within 7 working days. They will incur a return carriage charge.

Bespoke items - Barjo does rely on its customers providing correct information at the time of ordering. Any products that Barjo produce using the measurements provided by the customer are non-refundable.
