GENERAL
All information on this website is correct at time of publication but as our policy is to constantly improve, we reserve the right to change specifications and prices without notice. All sizes and specifications are approximate.

PAYMENT
Orders can be placed via the website, telephone or in person at our Wokingham office and must be paid for in full prior to dispatch or on collection either by cash or debit/credit card. We do not operate the Cash on Delivery service or offer Credit for our products. As of 1st of September 2009 we no longer accept payment by cheque.

STANDARD CARRIAGE
All terms and conditions of standard carriage relate to UK mainland only. Please be aware that a surcharge will apply if you live in the following areas, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Borders, Highlands and Grampian, Southern and Northern Ireland (please call 0118 9890240 for more info). Normal carriage will be 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. We cannot guarantee delivery on normal carriage for 10 working days, although every effort will be made to to meet carriage times. All deliveries will require a signature as proof of receipt.

CUSTOM BUILT ORDERS
All given delivery times are approximate owing to the complexity of the products we manufacture and we do advise that you place your order as early as possible. Upon ordering we will require all information on the vehicle i.e. Make, Model, Year, Type: Estate or Hatchback. The more information supplied to our sales staff, the more we can help in supplying the most suitable product. All Custom Built  products will require a non-returnable deposit upon ordering.

INDOOR KENNELS
Our range of indoor kennels is second to none and with over 35 years experience, we shall try to guide you in the most economic choice of kennel. We must however stress that economy with a destructive dog is a false economy! Please inform our Sales staff of any particular problems you may have with your dog.

GUARANTEE
All Barjo products and accessories carry a "One Year Guarantee" for normal use. The guarantee does not cover damage by destructive dogs or misuse. As we are unable to control the environment where the product is used or stored, we are unable to guarantee plating.

RETURN GOODS
Goods purchased and unused, which are found not suitable, can either be exchanged or returned for refund if notified within 7 days of delivery at the managements discretion. There will be a carriage and handling charge. Custom Built products are not returnable.
