The information given in our brochure is correct at the time of printing but our policy is to constantly improve, we reserve the right to change specifications and prices without notice. All sizes given are approximate so if you have had your brochure for several months please contact us to confirm they have remained the same.
We always strive to process an online order as fast we can but in certain circumstances an online order can take up to 3 working days to process. If you have any difficulty processing an online payment please call the office on 01189 890240 a member of the sales team will be pleased to help. Once your order has gone through you will receive a confirmation from PayPal for payment. We will also send confirmation to you advising of the current delivery time. You will also receive a copy of your invoice from Barjo in the post. Please check your invoice and if anything is incorrect please notify us immediately.
All our prices advertised online include VAT but do not include a delivery charge. Delivery charges do vary so please contact the office on 01189 890240 or via email at [email protected]if you require any further details and prices for delivery
Orders can be placed over the telephone or via our website and must be paid in full before despatch or collection of your item. We accept most major credit and debit cards. (There is no surcharge on credit cards). When orders are placed over the telephone we will accept a minimum deposit of 25% on tailor made items. Stock items will require full payment if that item is in stock at the time the order is placed. All items ordered online require full payment during the order process. If you wish to pay by cheque/bacs payment then funds must be cleared before we can dispatch any item. You will receive a copy of your invoice from Barjo after your order has been placed. Please check your invoice and if anything is incorrect please notify us immediately.
Stock items when ordered before 12.30pm will be despatched same day, delivery normally takes 1 - 3 working days and we will make every effort to ensure these times are met. There is a £20 delivery charge on all tailor made items to an address in the UK mainland except for the highlands where there will be an additional £5 surcharge. We only deliver on normal working days so orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered until the following week. (We do not deliver on bank holidays). Deliveries are made via courier service and this means delivery can be any time between the hours of 8am-6pm and though we strive to get the item to you as soon as we possibly can certain delays can take place that are out of our control. If in the unlikely event your item is damaged in transit we will make every effort to resolve the issue as soon as we possibly can but we must be informed of this at your earliest convenience.
Delivery times and prices will vary outside of UK mainland
Off the shelf goods purchased and unused which are found unsuitable can either be exchanged or returned for refund if notified within 7 working days, they will incur a carriage and handling charge. If the item has been made incorrectly or does not fit your make and model of vehicle we will strive to get the item rectified as quickly as we can. If we can't do this for any reason or because of certain circumstances which are beyond our control we will issue a full refund.
Tailor made products are non-returnable.
Whilst every effort is made to help you make the right decision on what products you need to order, we do rely on you giving us the information we need to ensure everything is correct for your order. A non-refundable deposit of 25% or minimum £50.00 is required when ordering a tailor made product. You have a 7 day window to cancel should you change your mind. Any tailor made product that we produce using the measurements that you provide to us will be non-refundable if the item does not fit. Please check any measurements or details of your car as we do not accept responsibility if they are not correct.
All Barjo products carry a 1 year guarantee for normal use, it does not cover damage by destructive dogs or misuse. As we cannot control the environment where products will be stored we are unable to guarantee the surface coating.

1. All data supplied by you is stored electronically on our database and will remain there unless instructed otherwise by yourself and is password protected.
2. Only our Data controllers have access to this information.
3. We do not sell or pass on any of your data to a third party accept for the courier company to provide your delivery.
4. You can request your data at any time by contacting us.
5. By accepting our terms and conditions you are giving consent for us to use your data to complete your order and to share your details with our Courier providers.
